- Marie biscuit
- Sprinkles/ 100s & 1000s, to decorate
METHOD
1.Place a Marshmallow on a long stick and toast marshmallow in the open flames of braai / BBQ until golden brown, crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.
2.Place the toasted marshmallow on a top of a Marie biscuit and top with another Marie biscuit sandwiching the marshmallow, press down to flatten the marshmallow.
3.Roll the sides in sprinkles and leave to set for a few minutes before eating.
NOTE: Instead of toasting the marshmallow in a fire you can microwave the Marshmallow for 20 seconds in the microwave.
